This workshop builds on the conversation started in Undercurrent Creations’ panel “Contracting in Unprecedented Times”, presented at FOLDA 2021.

As the live arts sector continues to evolve, how do we make agreements that are transparent, realistic, and meaningfully consensual? What really is a contract, what can it be, and how can it impact the way we work?

We welcome artists and arts workers to an interactive, hands-on space that invites us all to actively reconsider the ways relationships are built and codified on artistic projects, and to enter into agreements that truly align with our needs and values.
